Writing for newsletters and magazines

Would you like to make your writing easier to read? This interactive half day course will use tips and techniques gathered from national newspapers and magazines to make your writing more interesting and accessible. Part one of a full day aimed at helping you give your magazine or newsletter a makeover.

Writers and editors of church or charity magazines and newsletters
Communications staff and press officers

What you will learn:

Basic principles of clear writing
The structures required when writing news stories
How to be creative in your writing
Ways of getting the most out of an interview subject

£85 for this course only, or £135 for this course plus Designing & editing magazines and newsletters on same day (special price of £60 for one course and £95 for both for C of E organisations.)
